During their regular worship service, confirmation rites were held Sunday, May 6 at 10:30 a.m. at the United Church of Garretson, led by Pastor Jean Layton. Four youth stating their confirmation vows are pictured with their pastor: Baylee Scott (left), Matthew Bankes, Pastor Jean, Jacob Baustian and Kristen Baustian. To honor the occasion, parents of the confirmation class held a dinner in the fellowship hall following the service with many guests attending.
